Training

Can I do your courses online?

Yes. The courses can be completed as either online or paper based, and completed at your own pace. There is a requirement to complete 120 hours of work placement in the Certificate III Individual Support qualification and the Certificate IV in Disability and the Ageing qualifications.

Are your courses Government funded?

Yes. There are government subsidies for most people depending on eligibility.

What are the costs of your courses?

This depends upon your eligibility for Government subsidies and previous attained units that you can Credit Transfer across. Generally the full fee for service for a course will vary from $3250 – $4500

Do you have payment plans?

Payment plans are only available to students paying fee for service, and are required to be paid off before the qualification is completed.

How do I apply for an accredited course?

An Expression of Interest submitted from our website will initiate a way forward for us to check your eligibility for any Government subsidies, and allow you to make an informed decision to go to enrolment day.

How can I trust that your courses are approved?

Our qualifications are listed on the Government’s Website training.gov.au.

Where are your courses held?

Enrolment day is held face to face in our Toowoomba office, or at a place designated between yourself and your trainer if you live remote to Toowoomba. The course content can be done from the privacy of your own home, in an online / paper based capacity.

What courses do you offer?

We deliver training in the Disability and Aged care space. Our qualifications range from Certificate II for High School students to Certificate III and IV in Individual Support – with specializations in Disability, Ageing and Home and Community.

Where could I work after I do your courses?

The occupations which support these courses are in Industries aligned with Disability services, Aged Care and Respite Homes. The occupations listed on Training.gov.au will give you a spectrum of avenues for work opportunities in this industry.

How soon after enrolment can I begin my studies?

As soon as you are set up with a password to access the online training, this usually happens within the next 24 hours.

How long does it take to complete the qualification?

Generally, it takes a student 6 months to complete the Certificate III and 8-10 months for the Certificate IV. Because the qualifications are self-paced students can set their own pace, we will encourage you to complete an assessment every 2 weeks to keep you on track.

What Nursing Services do you offer?

We have Registered Nurses who are able to facilitate community care for NDIS participants in Continence Assessments, Complex Bowel Care, Pressure Care and Wound Management, Tracheostomy Care, Diabetes Management, Urinary Catheters, Ventilation and respiratory care, Subcutaneous Injection, Seizure Management, Stoma Care, Medication Management, Enteral Feeding and Management.

We service the Toowoomba and Surrounding area.

Are you NDIS approved?

Yes, we are a Registered NDIS Provider.

Who can use these nursing services?

An NDIS participant with appropriate funding from the NDIS in a current plan.

How much do these services costs?

Our prices are in line with the NDIS price Guide.

Are these services government funded/supported?
